Wir nehmen zur Rückgabe nur ungewaschene und ungetragene Ware mit Originaletiketten an. Aus hygienischen Gründen nehmen wir keine anprobierte Unterwäsche (Badehosen, Shorts, Slips etc.), Badebekleidung, Socken, Mund-Nasen-Masken an.
Im Falle einer Rücksendung müssen in Kartons verpackte Produkte (z. B. Gummistiefel) im Originalkarton an uns zurückgesandt werden.
